These ingots were supposedly found in a shipwreck in the Philippines. The people who brought it have no idea what it is, and I'm on a less-developed island, not sure where I can get it tested. They gave me a sample. It's shiny silver color, non-magnetic, no ringing sound when it's hit, just a clacking sound like a rock or a magnet. Pretty hard, doesn't seem to streak when rubbed on concrete but able to cut with a hacksaw. Doesn't seem to react to battery acid, just looks shinier. It seems about as dense as steel, maybe heavier.

I'm sure kryptonite has a green glow and is more crystalline in nature.

Thanks! I can't take credit because it was brought to me. The finders are people that dive for expensive fish. I'm hoping I can ID this and then once they unload the shipwreck they will let me know the site. Just want to dive and see if there are small items. For now they are in hiding until they find out what they have and find a buyer.
