Cru'dad very short hunt...

Dad returned to the Wheat Stubble which Shaun7 will help us with on Sunday. The reason I'm doing this field is to track down a good area, its a 200 acre field & the nighthawker has paid it a few visits, so I want to know why :icon_thumright:

Dad only did 2 runs, 1 hour max.

1st WW shoulder/capbadge - new type for the collection :) Territorial?

1666 token, still to ID.

Thats exactly what we call them 'ring things' :D We say, its another one of those 'ring things', & the reply is oh...
Most of them are medieval horse harness rings but these ones are later & not as strong, so no idea really..

Re: Cru'dad very short hunt...

That's not bad for two runs :icon_thumleft:

1666? It would be a dream to find a token from that era. I chase the oldest America has to offer and if you think about it, it's really not that old here! Nice test run. I'll bet theres more. And by the way, Who is the "nighthawk" mate?

Not a mate, a term for someone who goes on private land without permission.

Re: Cru'dad very short hunt...

Well done to Cru'dad. Not at all bad for an hour, I really like the shoulder/cap badge.
200 acre field ? the fields round here range from 3 to 30 acres. I would be in heaven, I'm really jealous. Good luck to you all on Sunday.

To be honest, I prefer smaller fields. I have lots of larger ones & they have very little in it.
