crotal bell or tiger bell?

can anyone tell me if they have found one of these, or if they know anything about them.
I have found normal crotal bells before but never one like this.

with the star & Moon it reminds me of a Christmas Decoration,
However it looks very old,

And only thing I see even Remotely Close is this,
however yours looks like a too recent thiner type of metal
almost Tin ?

Didn't of Christmas deco, but that's interesting.
Mine is copper or brass just like all my other crotal bells.
I did an air test with them and they match.
