Wild guess. The 'T' may go with the 'K' and/or 58 T may be a type gold percentage designation similar to KP (karat plumb). 14kt = 58.3% gold. Interesting design but the color looks more like brass. It does have an art nouveau look. It will be interesting to see what others have to say.

It's obviously an Egyptian Goddess ring..any man of historical studies and interest would certainly ID it quickly....have you tried it on?

Yes I agree with the color being off or not what I am used to. ..... Its prolly a fake , cause that is always my luck :(

No, I doubt that is a fake. Looks good to me. Well stamped 14 karat gold ring.

believe that says 585, which would mean that it is 58.5% gold, or 14kt gold. so that doesn't really help out
I agree 585 its gold. http://www.sndgems.com/gold.htm

I agree, get it tested, if your not sure it doesn't cost anything. Chug!!!

14K Gold: In the United States, 14-karat gold is used most commonly for jewelry. Fourteen-karat gold is 14/24ths, or slightly more than one-half pure gold. Jewelry of this fineness is marked "14k" or "585," the European designation meaning 58.5 percent gold.
