I can't decide if this is worked and creek worn or just some perty cool natural breaks. I know if you aren't sure, then it most likely isn't.. but what do you think?

Found in a backwoods creek in Central MS that I've never searched before. I was only there for a little while and didn't find any other artifacts other than agates and fossils. If it isn't worked, then then center flake is cool to me because it's almost like natural fluting. 20200824_212625.jpg20200824_212638.jpg20200824_212650.jpg20200824_212703.jpg20200824_212706.jpg20200824_212711.jpg

Can't tell if it's natural or not but definitely looks like material used for artifacts.

That is tough. I’d say 3 removals are new but there’s also some removals that are heavily weathered making me think the stone has a tendency to fracture naturally. It also looks like the cortex is creeping around the sides of the breaks. I’m imagining a rock with natural cracking that recently through ice or impact or possibly human interaction separated along those cracks
