Hello all!

I had a strange mix of finds today... but this was the last one...

I can see the 1881-1885 President so that would make the bottom read Chester Alan Arthur... I assume it was a series of Presidents, but I'm sure someone knows :-)

Googling crackerjack mystery club put me in the mid 30's.The club ended in 1935 so your token predates 35 but not before 1933.
