In the 2012 book. the UNC value is $1, but the XF value is still the same.
 

I've got one of those 50 centimes from 1952. And some francs from elguim as well. And although at first I thought maybe that was a helmet from WWII, it is a helmeted mine worker on the front

Does it say Belgie or Belgique? My dad lived in Belgium for a couple of years so he brought some of the francs he had over to the US.
