You made my day! Contrary to the Ray Steven's version of Shriners (and admittingly there are some like that) the kids are what it's all about for me. It's always a pleasure to hear about the good work our Hospital's do!

I went to Shriners for a couple of my grandson's operations and it was a wonderful experience. When you walk into the hospital, it's like walking into another world. The rooms and hallways are filled with kids getting miracles. You see kids with terrible burns and crippled up bodies and yet almost all the faces have smiles on them. I remember a little Mexican kid that was sharing a room with my grandson one time. He had been born with one leg shorter than the other and they have been breaking his leg and pinning the bones close to each other. Then the bones would grow towards each other to eventually make the leg the same length as the other. He was almost through with his surgeries and anxious to show his friends back in Mexico how he could walk without the terrible limp. That's just one of the thousands of stories you can hear about Shriners. If you can't afford it, no problem.

Got that right! Can't beat the cost...it's free! All someone has to do is ask.

Wes,

Now, that's a really nice pic of you! Clowning around and having fun.

;) RR

They were at a race track because they raced their Clown cars! ;D
