Great finds! I believe the small one is from George Anson Hoyt. I tried my go-to data base for the large one and came up empty handed. I think it’s possible that that piece could be a plated spoon. http://freepages.rootsweb.com/~silversmiths/genealogy/makers/silversmiths/142303.htm
They Both have the eagle hallmark so I am thinking both are good for coin silver
