could use some button help

Hello All

I found an eagle button the other day, that i'm trying to figure out how old it is. it has an eagle facing left with what looks like wheat in its talons it has a sun over its head and a it says e pluribus unum on the back it says L.A. Myer jr inc newark n.j. thanks for any help and hh to all
