Could these be proof or what they feel weird

Its hard for me to tell sometimes on the earlier proofs, especially from a pic. They certainly appear proof-like.
 

No mint mark means they could be proofs. Until 1968, proofs were minted in Philadelphia and thereby will not have a mintmark.
 

They could be proof, check them if they are real using a magnet or sound test. Many fakes will be in that shape.
 

If they feel weird, they could be plated or polished, you did not specify enough details for us to determine if they are proofs or not, they very well could be.

Do you have a loupe? can you see circular marks all over the coin(they can be very faint, but are a sign of being polished)

They may have just been cleaned with baking soda really well.
 

Also, did you get them from a coin shop or from CRH? If they were from an LCS, they should be real and most likely proofs, if they are from CRH, test them.
