Those aren't arrowheads but I can see where the shape might lead you to think they are.

They look like rhyolite from the NC area, or at least a similar type of rock. They fracture in odd shapes like that sometimes. While your pieces are not finished, it is always possible that a few of these pieces are left over from the arrowhead manufacturing process.
