✅ SOLVED Could P.O. stand for post office/police officer?

Started soaking this and right away the P.O. started to show. It’s like that on both sides. Hoping it could be post office /police officer related, thoughts? I’m probably seeing what I want to see and being crazy.it it is. B than maybe it’s Peterbuilt . Found at bottom of overgrown civil war camp hill where I could swing a bit .

I started working with the post office in 1968. Searching my brain I could not recall anything like that. I've had the opportunity to view many older (than 1968) post office stuff. I never saw anything like that—just my .02 cents.

PO is probably the company made for or made by.

Sometimes I have luck looking for things with search strings such as PO Manufacturing, PO Tools, PO Equipment. If it's an old item I'll add in Vintage in front of the search term, or add Metal or Iron etc in the search string.

Forgot to add, type it as PO marked metal/iron (whatever the metal is) tool or part or car part etc.

Well the P.O. turned out to be a PQ that changed everything. Stands for proven quality
