Could it be a Meteorite?

The area where I found this has much of the material scattered on the surface.
The locals here say that this is stones from space.
Its in an area called Jaulian Hill near ancient city of Sirkap in Taxila Pakistan.
Any experts who can identify this material?
If its meteorites I am going back with a few buckets.
By the way its not magnetic although it is heavy.
It measures around 3cm diameter.

Unlikely, but just my opinion.

80% of meteorites are magnetic.

I've never seen a meteorite with such a bumpy exterior.

Filing a shallow "window" in the stone would help identification. Using a steel file, grind a shallow flat area on the surface into the stone. Most meteorites have Windmanstatten diagrams, which should become visible in cross-section or a shallow window into the stone.

Your stone looks more like petrified algae, which also can have those oolitic bumps on the outside.
