✅ SOLVED Corroded Button

[USNFLYR]

Found near water. Usual rust from years of tidal action. I cleaned it up best I could. I can clearly see SPECIAL on lower front. It looks like INC/ING on upper top. Maybe KING?

Anyone ever seen this before? ERA?
