I enjoyed finding this one whole yesterday. The way it was leaning on a cobble Im sure it would of been broken on the next flood in the creek.
Thought you might enjoy seeing it and maybe telling me the age. Says 1 pint so probably a whiskey bottle. On the back is a horse shoe facing up for good luck thought that was pretty cool. Found in N GA on private property. rock

Because of the phrase "Federal Law Forbids Sale..." it dates from 1932-1964 (strictly enforced starting 1935).

"Federal law forbids..." went into effect around 1935. I think your flask is was made in the 30's or 40's from the looks of it. I believe the AA stood for Ancient Age Whisky

No problem at all, good to get confirmation from another researcher!

I dont usually pick them up for me to keep I actually know people who save them and I give them away. This one was so perfect for its age I saved it. There was a huge rain today and that creek is flooded now so no doubt it would of been broken in pieces rite now if I hadnt of picked it up. Thanks for the info on it I will pass it on to my friend when I give it to him. You guys are the best, rock
