What do you think this is? Copper, very old and crude. I'm not sure if that part is folded or it was made like that

Also, I have found similar pieces of copper at that site in the past.

Might be cut off pieces from roofing or flashing job sometime in the past.

I don't think it is copper, that's what is throwing me off. My guess is that it is the side of an old salt pour spout or some other box spout, just 1/3 of the spout.
