I was at a park the other day. I kept getting a good signal for copper/dime. It was wide as a coin but seemed to be long. I thought maybe a row of pennies had been dropped. The depth was about 4 inches so I made a nice U cut with my LeTesche cutting through a pretty hefty root. I flipped the plug up to discover the copper signal I was getting was buried electric lines for he lighting to the pavilion I was searching around. I was glad the power is off in the winter. I decided it was best to move away from the pavilion. LOL

I was wondering awhile back how many people have actually hit a power line while diging?
I'm sure there have been quite a few...
Good luck & Happy hunting~

Glad you didn't hit live wires!
