Copper what is it...

Hello All,
I think I have seen one of these on here before but I can remember what it was to search. Looks to be copper, heavy stem, looks like it may have rotated at one time. Found in a back yard.

Hey Mike,
That had crossed my mind but it is pretty heavy. Could be from a large play boat. Like I said, I think I have seen it here before. Someone will recognize it soon I am sure. Thanks for your input!!
