Searching this area in the park no bigger than 25x 25 plot was loaded with old copper coins and many square nails I spent three hours grinding this area I thought for sure I would nail some silver here but nope just coppers I’ll go back next weekend and hit it again My take from the area is IH’s 1893 1901 1908 1909 and a bunch of wheats silver nickel and a V nick ... I always count a silver nickel as silver.

What a great hunt!

You did nail a Silver War Nickel and I'd be plenty happy with those IHCs and the V Nickel.

I agree with Tenspeed: a war nickel is still a silver nickel. WTG. How about the cross? Is it gol?

Good digs out of that place....

Copper and silver. Productive day m8!

Awesome finds Tony- you and that Nox are kicking butt!

That's a nice haul.

I love hunting the old parks. Next time you'll go back find no wheats and 3 or 4 silvers.

Strange how it works certain days. Some days I get three silvers and no wheats.

SWEET! you are making that Nox do what it was meant to do!
