copper / tin tag

[1942 merc]

Tag is an inch and three quarters long and an inch and one quarter wide . It is thin , there are no words markings of any kind .I think it is copper .There is a man stamped in to it .He has a beard and what looks like a pony tail and a neck tie . Rings up an 82 on the ATP . A magnet will not pick it up . I hope the photos come through .

I followed Tony's train of thought and maybe something from Sir Walter Raliegh tobacco, although all the pics show him with frilly collar, but the van dyke beard fits.
