Copper ring to id.

Hey diggers. Found this copper ring a week ago at the place where the finds could be from 1700 to now. It is a forest with huge trees some fallen though. It is not Indian, Hebru, Tibetan. I contacted guys of those origins. Their opinion- Sanskrit language. It used to be gold coated( some spots shows this). The weight is 7.1 gram. The questions are simple: what is written, what language and time of use of this unusual ring. Thanks for your ideas in advance.
