✅ SOLVED Copper reservoir?

Here's a strange item I can't figure out. It's 18" square, made out of light copper pipe with a round reservoir that has only one opening. As you can see in the photos, the round part is tapered on the inside. Do any of you have any idea on this?

it is a heating coil for a old chicken egg incubator. the square part was in a cabinet style incubator and the round resivoir part was outside with a heat source under it likely a kerosene lamp/heater.
