Ok just got home after 10hrs in the fields. Only got one copper. Another I'm not sure what it is. Here's a couple pics. It's soaking now got to go do the lovely grocery shopping yay. Ill post my finds later. But just wanted some help on this coin. Thanks.

Ha!, don't be depressed collector01. For all we know Petain himself might have spent the coin once. If it makes you feel any better, the other day in a site prime for colonial pieces I dug a coin where only the golden edge showed through in the mud. Ever so slowly I removed more and more of the mud, only to to reveal a new French "gold color" 10 centime that had no reason for being there. Ha, if it wasn't for my French Deus being such a fine detector, I might become a conspiracy theorist. Anyway, congratulations on digging an unusual find that looks as ancient as any King George.
