Copper Bracelet..maybe Indian made?

I'm going to put a youtube video I made about this Copper Bracelet..Dont mind the timetables I'm using, its an older video..I found it at a house from the early 1900's. The video is a little blurry at points, but you get the general idea. Obviously its a Copper Bracelet, so I actually know what it is..but more info about it would be nice. It seems to have symbols and markings that look like it would be indian made or something. There arent any makers marks on it.
