Hi All,
Been searching surrounding fields of the Roman Site I discovered last year... Odd coins (Roman) turning up, Musket Balls and some modern money. A 'faint' signal led me to dig this item. Thin fragment of Copper-alloy - possibly a buckle pin.. :dontknow:
Any ideas.. 33mm long, 4mm wide, around 1mm thick, 1.5g in weight.
Definite 'circular design in centre and on closer inspection other smaller circles around this.
Here are the pics:

Best wishes,
David.
