Cool Token and 3 Silvers

Quick after work hunt yielded the usual amount of clad, 3 silver Rosie's and a cool token from the Triboro Bridge and Tunnel authority. I'm not sure why it has some type of silver stripe, I need to do some research or if someone knows please post.
