Cool story for CRH's

I went to my relic hunters club meeting last night.

We have find of the Month Categories , 1 ,is Coins of the Month.

A Very nice & blessed older gentleman brought in a display case with almost $20 of Silver , If I recall right it was about $9 + in Halves (all Walkers, + 4 , 1964 Kennedy s , no Franklin tho)
The rest was Silver Quarters .

I thought he dug a Hoard , but He said he went into his Bank & asked the teller if she had any old coins , the lady said "I don't but I think he does" = Another Teller.

He then pulled out all those Silver coins , the nice Man told the teller "These are Silver & worth More" (A honest Man indeed) , but the teller said ,oh well you can have it all .

I said so much for 'Sniping' tellers. & it never hunts to ask .

My banks never have any Half Dollars , even Clad.

I don't ask for Halves that often but it seems like 'No' is coming out before I finish Asking.

I take one day a week to go stand in lines waiting my turn to ask the tellers of they have one of these, or one of those, laying out a half and a large dollar coin. I normally hear none of those but a couple of these pointing to the half. So i say i will take all of them please. Lots of times I hear no none of those at all. But when you get those rolls of customer turn ins you always hope for a winner and sometimes you win. Alwasy ask, you never know and buy anything they have.

Yeah I ask all the time and sometimes I get Lucky. But I'm not inclined to tell the teller that silver coins are worth more, they might pick them out before I can get them. That would be like telling someone your fishing hot spot when you only fish once a week but they can fish everyday there.

The tellers around here snipe all the 40% 'cause they know for fact that they can double their money down at the jewelers!
