Cool Printing Plate and misc. items from farm

Got to hunt after a nice rain at the farm today and found several items of interest. Got myself a small printing plate with the title "What can be more humiliating..." but I can't read anything else on the plate due to crud. Also got two small bullets (both modern), a handle for a lead or pewter utensil, but not sure though as I have dug a lot of them at the farm but never heard of pewter or lead utensils, any info on that? I also got two whatsits, one is the item in the upper right corner, no clue on that one and the silver item on the bottom. It is one piece, holes on both sides, has two small holes near the smaller end and has a flower engraving around the entire piece. I have no clue on what it once was or what it might have been attached to at one time. Any info on that piece? Other than the usual junk, nothing much....not even one coin....hmm...

A Great bunch of treasure finds
With a 'headline' like that, we are going to have to decipher the plate
The top right button looking thingy, I've seen on another thread here recently.
My guess on the silver piece is a ferrule from any of; parasol, walking stick, cane: and very nice too
