*COOL PENNANT FLAG*how old??

I bought this antique felt pennant for $38, it was in the store since the summer, i liked it, it didn't sell and i never buy things for myself so i bought it. the question is how old is it, did some research but not allot came up how to date these things, at the store they said it was possibly from the 50s but i'm seeing similar ones form the 20s? here is one of the similar ones https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/175210395/vintage-penn-state-pennant-college?ref=market, similar in colour and the yellowing of the white matches well, not unless white came like that, everything on this is felt stitched on, no print ons.

Says the school was started in late 1800's, bet you could look at school annuals and date it.

doubt it's part of the school, infact i went there for school, was really recent and i have never seen a fenelon falls school pennant displayed, but it is funny how the school colours match, minus the black, there was another similar green and white pennant in the store from another town so it's probably not for the school. so i may have to contact the towns museum to see if they know anything about it.
