cool old button

did a short hunt in a meadow beside railroad track found a 1917 wheat penny and this button still trying to do some research on button to figure out what it might be the back has words C . TWIGG BIRMINGHAM

I was thinking that also but mine has 13 stars the ones i seen on a button site have 16 stars and i found it in lower Delaware still really cool no matter how you look at it
