cool little buckle and foreign quarter

these are a few of my latest finds from the soccer field below the old school.....first is this sweet little buckle...(any info on this thing is greatly appreciated).....was bent nearly in half when i found it and i gambled on straightning it (very slowly btw) and i won lol....the 25 cent coin is 1944 netherlands....thanks for looking
