Cool lil cap gun

Found this small ... And I mean small ... All metal cap gun today.
Rang up as a dime and was about 4 inches under.
The little hammer still cocks back, and the trigger still fires it.
It appears to have room for a single old style red paper cap.
In excellent state of preservation, nicely detailed and unfortunatly no identifying marks or numbers on it at all.
If anyone remembers this thing from child hood, or has any info, I'd be much obliged.

Did it have a trigger guard at some point or another? I have tried to find something close to it but everything i have come across has had a trigger guard.

There is no evidence of a busted trigger guard.
Being as small as it is, there would be no way to depress the trigger if it did have one.

that is sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet ! - i have a bag of those that were my brothers from the 60's (god rest his soul) that i played with in the 70s and i know for a fact they r very collectable - i dont know if yours is as old as mine but - its still very nice - hold on to it - LBP

Yeah that appears to be exactly the same but with a different logo on the grip.

Looks like an old "Dime store" cap gun to me!

Don't know if you're old enough to remember dime stores or not, but,

they were kind of like the "Dollar store" of today (except better) because 1/2 of everything they sold was still made in the U.S.A.

they were big during the 60s/70s

your gun looks 60s to me!

i had some that looked very close to yours they were indeed dime store guns,also the casting marks
are inside of the guns at least they were on mine, i had to see how it worked (i do not recommend this) with yours, nice find

Hello, I have 3 of these little guns 1 is a roy rogers "smallest cap firing gun in the world" with rr on the handle instead of the flower looking thing. The other 2 are just like yours, they were made by the Classy Products Corp. New york, Ny, (I can't seem to find out any info on the company.) I'm not sure who made the roy rogers one but they look the same except the logo.
