I found this ring at a globally popular beach. It is just a bit over a size 7 (fits my pinky). It weighs 9 1/4 grams (5.93dwt), and feels very heavy in the hand. The density, along with the rich color; the numerous small voids, pits and creases in the casting; the many scratches and gouges all over the ring indicating softness of the metal, the crudely cut, primitive figures on the table, and the lack of a karat mark, all lead me to think that this is a high karat, unmarked ring, made using a standard signet ring wax mold, but then added crude home carved figures on the table; some place African, Middle Eastern, South Asia, or maybe even Australasian using nugget gold. (You might see a little modeling clay on the table in crevices if you zoom in. I used a bit of clay to hold the ring for photos).
