Hello Everyone,
Today I had the pleasure of securing a new farm field to hunt. I spoke to the farmer and he said “I’ve seen you down the street at the other farm and you seem like a nice honest young man…go ahead and have fun.” Boy Central RI has been good to me this year! So off I went to the largest field with my AT Gold, Small Coil (rows of corn stubble), Sens = Max, Frequency shift = 4, All metal and just a whisper of a threshold. Note: I did switch to Disc = 1 later in the day.
The weather was great with some sun and a temperature of 45 degrees; a heat wave compared to yesterdays 20 degree cold hunt.
The Nice keepers were as follows: 3-buttons, 2- buckles, 1-Indian cent, 2-Wheat cents, 1-toasted Large cent, 2-Barber dimes and 1-toasted 1888 V-nickel. Of course some other non-ferrous goodies and the usual Iron; to round off any farm hunt!
Thank you for looking.
