Conglomerate or Braccia help

Hello all, just need some help in the right direction with these stones I traded for. Took a chance on them having some gems in them. Looked a little closer today and it looks like some rust and rust spots on them. Only thing I know is they where found in the Inland Empire Area of Southern California. Thank you for the help,

Hello all, was doing my own online research and looking closer into rock 2(2nd pic) and found this. So I did a Bixby App Search and it lead me to some pics then I found this Video about Lunar KREEP. At 2:44 in the video was a KREEP Melted Glass with many Granite Braccia. So, I took a pic of what looks like KREEP with Melted Glass on Pic 2(2nd Stone).Also, a pic of some other strange stone in it. Some of them look volcanic. E.g. Tuff.
