Nice finds, glad you were able to get out!

The small one in pic 1looks modern. #2 in pic 1 looks like a civil war era 3 ringer. the 1 in the 2nd pic has a 45.70 cal. look to it.

Can't help with id. Haven't been to mesilla in years, but maybe check along some of the old irrigation ditches?

I have and found cool stuff

The longer bullet is from an old .47/70 round, which could be anywhere from the mid 1870s to modern. The smaller bullet is also post Civil War and appears to be for a .38 Special. Your three ring minie ball is definitely Civil War though. There's no definitive way to tell if it's Union or Confederate, but it's still a great find!

Thanks for info

The middle CW bullet looks like a carbine bullet due to it's shortness. Good job.

Pic 2 does look like 45-70 bullet. I have found those in AZ. Casings found in the area have been dated from 1878 to 1884. The older casings were rim fire and the newer casings were center fire. Good finds, hope you can locate some good permissions soon.
