Confederate Calvary button

Got a chance to hunt a few old home sites with fyrffytr1 and wayfas4u this past weekend. I went to a new area of the field where an old home had once stood and pulled this button on the first signal. It is the fourth confederate button I've dug in that general area. The back, as you can see is in not that great of shape and I'm not 100% sure of the maker but it will display nicely when cleaned up. Happy New Year to everyone!

That's a great find in my book. I don't like you! I got an American Union button and a skeleton key from that spot today and I didn't sink into the ground one time.Oh yeah, did I tell you how much I don't like you!
