Hello all!
I was wondering if anyone else thought about this idea, or if it is even possible. I have both a Vaquero and Compadre, now assuming one changed the Compadre to switchcraft connectors to have a removable coil, could one then use the smaller 5.75" Compadre coil on the Vaquero and vice versa? I wasnt sure if it would work frequency-wise as the vaquero is 14.75 khz and Compadre is 12 khz or so. I'm always looking to save some $ and it's not like I'm not supporting Tesoro as I did buy 2 of them! Thanks in advance for any input you may have, Scott.
