Found in a land locked city about 2 hours from any ocean...I know it's make up. That's all I wear when the wife is away...I just wanted to know a time period if anyone knew.

My guess is from mid 30s to 1950 time frame, based on the styles of compacts I've seen while searching. Late Art Deco.
