Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
Found Sunday with Bergie at a colonial house that was built around 1755. The Barber quarters were my first. I also found :1912 , four 1916, 1920, 1921, 1939, 1940,1945, 1951 wheat pennys. Also found lots of clad and two indian head pennys 1892 & 1900. I love the bell its the first complete one that I have ever found. Also found a navy a button, a kids lead soldier and a couple of rings & a token.
Earthworks....

get back there, run the detector hot and hunt that site in all metal or mixed to get the deep stuff! Got to be some large cents on that baby! Maybe even one of those half dismes!

did the historical society actually let you dig in the yard of that house??? here in south bend they wont let you dig anywhere near a historical property.

EW...VERY nice finds..I'd get back there and hit it hard again...looks like you had a great day there. Love the token...anything on the back of it?
