Paper thin and beat up. Found at cellar hole, abandoned around 1790-1800. I didn't find anything there from after 1790 or so, except for a rimfire shell. Six inches deep, and 79 on my T2 SE.

I don't expect anyone to ID it based on it's details, but based on it's size what do you think it might be. My guess is probably a 1 real.

I think it is a 1 real, it measures the same diameter. What else could it be?

Could easily be a 1 reale. Looks like somebody started chewing on it. Nice find. Anything goes with detecting. I got a 1953 Jefferson nickel yesterday that was holed? Like really?
