Hey guys. Had a small window of opportunity so took advantage of it and hit Loyalist field 1. Still producing some keepers! Only one colonial find today though. Got a thimble, a cool candle snuffer/wick trimmer, a lead or pewter airplane with a missing wing and a shoe buckle. Thanks for looking and HH

Nice finds:hello2::icon_thumright:

Shoe buckle nice.
Too bad the airplane has a missing wing, I like older toys as even toys of that age are hard to come by. I know that my father probably had no "bought" toys he pretty much had to make his own. He told me he'd make wagons, and cut the "cow" out of a baking soda box, etc.

Medic, can we get a Medic here, we got a plane down, we just put the flames out with a candle snuffer. A belt buckle and thimble lost by one of the survivors all in all a good day,nice finds,vanzutphen

looks like there is still potential at that site for some more colonial goodies!

HAHAHAHAHAHHA now that's clever!

Well, turns out that the candle snuffer is colonial lol. Early 1800's according to two different collectors. I thought it was early 1900's lol. I was only off by a century. Surprisingly, they still function flawlessly!!

Love the buckle bud. Nice unique finds there

wow I really like that wick trimmer thingy, very cool!!
