This coin was found by a friend in a farm field we've been hunting in Connecticut. I'm just curious what is this coin is. Is it colonial or could it be roman dropped back in colonial times? It is a Roman Bronze coin, it looks very much like a coin of Agrappina II. What's the diameter.:icon_scratch:

Thank you silver searcher that's not something we see on this side of the pond to often. But the diameter is 26 mm.

That's around the size of a Roman AS. It's surprising the amount of Roma coins that actually have been posted on this site, from your side of the pond.
