Hey everyone, I have a coin that I posted on here recently but I didn't get many answers on it. I dug this in an old farm field that possibly dates back to the 1700s. I'm very excited to know what it could be. On the front you can see a male head facing right and on the back there is what appears to be a male or female sitting and holding something. I'm pretty sure I know what it is but I just want to get some more opinions, being that I'm not very knowledgeable with pre 1850's coins. Also is it worth cleaning up more? Thanks! received_2022623087753876.jpegreceived_2022352624447589.jpeg

Looks like a kg3 maybe? Hybernia on the back?

Due to the person facing right, I also think it is a KG III copper.

Yup, looks like a KGIII copper! Great find! That one dates from the first half 1770's, awesome Revolutionary War era coin!! Crazy to believe that it was in circulation during the birth of our nation!

Thank you for the help everybody! I definitely agree that it's a King George. That makes it my oldest coin so far! I was not expecting to dig one of these at the site I was in.
