Colonial Button?

Found today in a field? Any idea how old? Front side is flat and unmarked. Back side says "Best Quality" and has a couple of stars between words. Thanks!

Post Colonial, after 1800 by most sources.

You are in a good spot if that showed up. People did bring older things with them as they moved westward, so keep at it.

Like CT said. Post 1800, perhaps teens or 20's,!but an excellent find. I often find these mixed in with older finds, so keep at it!
