Hello All,

Does anyone know anything about a battle near Cold Harbor VA in June of 1862? I know of the battle in 1864. My GGG Grandfather was wounded near Cold Harbor VA in June of 1862, he was a member of Bartows Avengers out of Georgia. He had a brother who was also wounded in the same battle and later died at home in Summerville Georgia. Thanks for any help.

Battle of Beaver Dam Creek on June 26, 1862. I actually live on what was part of the battlefield. It's off of Old Cold Harbor Road and a few miles away from Gaines Mill mentioned above.
