Hi guys, newb here. This was my first week coin hunting and here was what I was able to come by!

Some kind of counterfeit quarter? Not sure who bothers to make fake quarters but apparently someone does!

A couple of nice King George Nickel's
1947 - imgur: the simple image sharer
1952 - imgur: the simple image sharer Pretty nice shine still on this one !

Aaaand a 1979 US Dollar that probably isn't worth much but I've never seen one (I'm Canadian) and it's in OK condition

Not much, but had some fun so we'll call it a week right :)

I'll just keep drooling over everyone else's finds in the meantime, cheers guys.

Nice stuff!

Congrats! All are great finds. The quarter isn't fake. The mint has put out quite a few coloured coins. GL. HH.

There's a variety of the Susan B Anthony 1979 dollar that is worth a few bucks, but for the life of me I can't remember what it is. I've got a couple of rolls of them that I've always meant to check, but never got around to it.

Nice finds! Everyone starts somewhere, and you definitely started better than I did! Congrats and HH!

Susan B. Anthony - A mid-19th century American activist. She was one of the first outwardly spoken women in this country. An abolitionist of slavery and a leading proponent for women's rights.

Nice coin finds! Canadian quarters are getting colorful!
The Susan B. is still worth a dollar...so far, that could change.

Nice congrats to ya
