Coin - SOLVED

I found this coin today at an old home foundation on my property about 6 inches down and i have no idea what it is I tried to get it as clean as possible its rather well preserved which i was surprised maybe the wall protected it?

I don't know about grading but probably worth between 20 - $50?

Cleaning hurt the value, worth maybe $10 or so, but a really great find. commemoratives are not found very often.
