If you have any West Virginia State Quarters, hang on to them; they're increasing in value rapidly!
The U.S. Mint announced yesterday it is recalling all West Virginia State Quarters. This action is being taken after numerous reports that these Quarters will not work in parking meters, toll booths, vending machines, pay phones or any other coin operated devices.
The problem lies in the unique design of the West Virginia Quarter, which was designed by a team of coin specialists in Charleston.
Apparently the duct tape holding the two Dimes and Nickel together tend to jam up the machines
